Terrific Thursday!

This post will be lacking in words, because I'm supposed to be studying for my physical science exam...
(I was also supposed to be studying for this same exam when I finished Great Expectations this afternoon!)

Today Maggie and I went around town in the rain. She was dressed for the occasion.

Tabitha and I also went to a local tea joint and enjoyed some cucumber sandwiches, fresh fruit, and winter mint rooibos tea. Mmmm. :)

She's always a testament of God's goodness to me, because I thought there was no way I'd actually make real friends at school. God knew better. And I'm so glad! One reason I'm excited to get back to school is that I get to see her every day. :)

This is me telling Tabitha just how to use my camera. Great timing!

And this...
is my new hat!
There just happened to be a small vintage-ish shop right across the street from the tea place. I didn't think I'd actually buy anything, since stuff is usually on the expensive side. However, Tabitha and I both had great finds for great prices! My hat was $12! And - believe it or not - it perfectly matches a pair of long gloves I got from an estate sale last fall. How crazy cool is that?
(Not to worry, folks, the shirt isn't part of the outfit. I've yet to go through my wardrobe to find the perfect dress to complement my matching accessories.)

To top of an already wonderful day, I went to Bible study and enjoyed encouragement and fellowship!
Too bad I have to study... ;)

Tomorrow is COW DAY!
Oh, and Haylee's 20th birthday! Woohoo! Happy birthday, Haylee!
