Why is it Youth Pastors' Kids...

...are always so incredibly cute?

There are many benefits to having two youth pastors, but one of the best is that you get to dote on more babies.
Oh, I'm 100% serious.

James and Josh came for a visit last week. :) He's eyeing me a little suspiciously...
(Blue wants to see what all the fuss is about with this baby.)
See how BIG he is? And at 3 1/2 months!
Every time Josh tried to take a picture of James and me, James looked away! The one time he was looking, I wasn't! Despite the look of indifference, he really does like me. I held him for about two hours, and he finally fell asleep on me.
Remember this? It's hard to believe I ever held a James Eli H. that small! Of course, he was only two days old in this picture.

My other youth pastor, Clay, and his wife have two famously (yes, I chose that word on purpose - you should be around my church on Sunday mornings!) adorable boys named Cole and Cooper. Cole is their biological son who is turning 2 in August. Cooper was their foster son for a while, but they adopted him last year. He will be 2 in August as well. The boys are only weeks apart in age.
Oh, and did I mention that Cooper is officially my unofficial godson? Well, he is. :D I was very privileged to babysit these handsome boys this week.
Clay and Megan also have a one-month-old cuddly little girl, but she went out with them.

Here's Cole, hamming it up for the camera. He's become exceptionally good at that.

Cooper playing shy.

So cute! I can't get enough! :-P

Doesn't he look like a handsome little man? He pulls off 20s style clothing quite well.
I like this one, because it shows how active these two are! They are always on the move!

Here they're helping their mom by sweeping and mopping - at the same time!
So precious!

That should be enough to reach your cute kid quota for the day! Happy Fishing Wednesday!
